Drifika Peak, also known as Drefekal, is located in the Charakusa Glacier of the Karakoram Range, near the Masherbrum Mountains in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. The peak stands at 6647 meters (21,152 feet) and was first climbed by a Japanese expedition team led by Akiya Ishimura in 1978. It is considered one of the hardest climbs below 6500 meters in the Karakoram.
